A fantastic day to get back to my journey. A tailwind all day, but not as warm as most here, so I wasn’t too hot while making good progress. I was up at 8 and had brekkie of bacon and eggs with tea. Then I packed up and tidied up the house. Finally I left at 11.30 and found the cycle path all the way along the coast to this limestone polishing windmill which was originally turned by horses before the windmill took over.

The path was a bit heavy at times and I was flying with the wind behind me so I had to look out for thick gravel and ruts and the occasional speed hump or cattle grid to keep me on my toes.It was a great view with the sea to my right and lots of birds and flowers.
