Another day off the bike.
This time I was awoken by Kamal and he was in a rush to get going. We had mileu bread and tea, but when he came to get me from my room I was still brushing my teeth and the taxi left by the time I was ready, so we got the bus. I didn’t realise that he needed to be at the trading office for a permit for the patisserie and we were late as there were no taxis to the office and he missed the appointment.

We had coffee and then went to the souk where I looked for shoes and gifts. I got a few presents and offered to buy a water boiler for a shower, which he said I could buy as a present. We found one for 1300 dirham after we”d had fish for lunch and I got money from the bank. Then we took Aziz‘s wife to the hospital to visit her mum and did some more shopping. We bought sweet cakes on the street and got a taxi home.
