I was up at 7 and had brekkie of ham and cheese rolls with coffee and caju with an orange. The milk was off and the coffee was strong!
I left at 8.30 and followed the cycle path for 5 minutes until it ran out so I joined the main road, which was OK for the first 5 miles and then it turned into a patchwork of tarmac.
