A day off the bike. A day of footy.
I got up at 9 for a good brekkie of ham and cheese with fruit and cake and lots of coffee and OJ.
I watched the English footy high lights and the Arsenal vs Watford game, followed by the Spurs win at Bournemouth and then got ready for the live game of the day.
