A good long day back in the saddle.
Clear sky and a straight road
At one point a staffie bull terrier chased me in one of my scariest dog encounters, it was with a lorry parked up in a car park and the dog ran the length of two footy pitches to run after me barking and baring its ferocious teeth. In these situations it’s difficult to know what’s best but as I usually do I just pedalled as fast as possible and eventually he gave up the chase but it was a close call.
