A day of rest.
I got up at 8 for a good brekkie of roti, donuts and coffee.
I went for a walk to the Parit waterfall through the forest along by the river and then onto KHM for strawberry tea with scones, cream and jam.

Back in town I went for a Thai massage which felt great, but my muscles were rather tender after yesterday’s efforts. It was well worth 60 ringgit for an hour.
Then I went back to hostel for a lie down, I tried to plan tomorrow’s route before dinner of teriyaki fish with mash and salad.
In bed by 9.30 as it was raining.
