A fantastic day back on the move.
I got up at 7 and despite the rain I left at 10 and found my way to the Q19. The first 5 miles were downhill all the way with very little traffic.

At the hostel I met met up with a group of young men who took me under their wing !
I’m not sure I fit in with these youngsters but they seem to enjoy my company
