17 miles (Competa to Frigiliana)
A combination of driving and cycling without all my baggage made the transfer from Steve and Dot’s villa to Vernon and Nola’s in Frigiliana easier than I had expected (it’s an uphill ride).

A fantastic welcome from my good friends and the luxury of hot showers, wifi, and a double bed.

2974 miles of cycling, 2 days short of 9 weeks in the saddle – through France and Spain – he’s arrived at his destination, here in Frigiliana. 2 stone lighter than when he left Waltham Abbey on July 20th. Well done Brian Allen
It was great to be back in English speaking company, and we all met up for a fish lunch in the plaza.
