Day 350                                                            4th July

A good start to the day – the sun is shining<\/p><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

I got up at 9 and used the kitchen for tea and brekkie of bbq sausages and microwave onions. Breakfast was followed by packing up with kids playing in the playground and then another tea and shower. I left at 12.15 and followed a good cycle path all the way to Beddingestrand (I think) where I bought a coffee in the Coop and drank it with biscuits by the sea, lots of seaweed and flies to accompany me. Then I continued on the cycle path through pretty houses which looked very much like retired people enjoy the seaside. The path mainly followed the road but occasionally took me into pine forests. I paused in Smygehuk<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

and looked at the marina before asking at tourist information if there was a swimming pool in Trelleborg to get me a sauna before leaving Sweden. She showed me where it was, and now I had a bit more urgency to get there as opposed to the gentle pace I’d been taking. The campsite wanted 180 kr so I decided to wild camp.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Three boys on bikes were coming towards me as I arrived in Trelleborg and one nearly crashed into me, then tried to blame me! <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I found a good spot to camp and went for a swim. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The pool charged 6.50 Kr but I got a sauna steam room and lazy river too. I also noticed a 3m diving board and realised I hadn’t been on one since I was about 12, so it had to be done. The first dive I over- rotated so I went again and somehow managed to damage my shoulder. I hope it doesn’t stop me playing footy on Saturday.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Then I found out that the off licence closed at 6 and it was 6.30, so I found a Netto with 6 Heineken for 50 kr plus pant (deposit for cans). I camped behind some trees next to houses and added bbq burgers to my leftover pasta, delicious! Then going to bed at 10.30 to read a new book I got at campsite<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
