Day 459                                                  22nd October

Barcelona to Tangier<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I got up at 8 and had tea with free hot water from the bar and watched the sunrise. Brekkie of bread and cheese on deck was followed by reading my book and sunbathing, before lunch of a bottle of wine and my leftover sausage and mash cooked in the microwave in the restaurant. I bought a bottle of whiskey in duty free and spent a couple of hours in the bar watching tv.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The ferry is  waiting in Barcelona for passengers to get on board. It\u2019s all very Spanish and I\u2019m not sure we\u2019ll be leaving for a while. This journey is bound to take more than 48 hours, as we set off 1 and a half hours late, but I\u2019ve brought my own food and drink and am enjoying a glass of vino in my shorts while everyone around me is wearing coats! The sun is shining and all is well in the world but it\u2019s a slow slow process.
