\nDay off.
\nI was up at 7 and enjoyed a good brekkie buffet with the girls. We talked through google translate again and they went off to Morro, while I did my washing and tried to listen to the O’s by the pool, but the WiFi wasn\u2019t good enough, so I sat near reception with a beer and heard them draw 0-0 again. Still you can\u2019t beat listening to Matt Hiscock and dulcet Dave while trying to prevent your plastic cup from blowing over when it runs low on beer! They mentioned that the pitch was a bit on the muddy side. No such trouble here in Brazil. Up the O\u2019s.<\/span><\/p>\n

Then after a couple of beers I sunbathed by the pool and fell asleep before going for a dip in the very warm extra large pool which, although being Olympic size, was the same depth throughout. <\/span><\/p>\n

Then I had a shower and walked into town to get money and a good dinner of Milanese chicken with rice, salad and mash and a beer for 30 raeis which was very good value. Back at the campsite I said goodnight to the girls and was in bed by 10.30.<\/span><\/p>\n
