I got up at 10.30 and had breakfast of toast and jam and peanut butter with 3 coffees. <\/p>\n

I chatted to the cyclists and then left to explore the city. By luck I came across Zam Zam Indian restaurant, as recommended by the hostel, and had makutaba bread with beef for 5 dollars, which was amazing with an iced tea.<\/p>\n

I went along the riverbank to the stadium and found the east coast path where I spotted a pair of otters and some fishermen. Then I went back in to town and saw all the tourists at the bay and headed back to the hostel via a few shopping malls for aircon.<\/p>\n

My shoulders and neck are giving me trouble, but hopefully I will find a massage tomorrow. I had a couple of beers and then chatted to Gabriel after a shower and before having seafood noodles for dinner<\/p>\n
