\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>We got up at 9 with rain falling, so we had brekkie in the room of coffee and cakes, one of which the nice lady gave us yesterday in the shop.
\nWe left at 10.45 and followed the main road as it didn\u2019t look as though the ferry was running. So we had a western brekkie of eggs, sausages and chips at Tesco and I bought a new towel. Then we took route5 to Sepang, where we bought water at a Shell garage, but there was no WiFi available. Then we headed north and took the road towards the airport and saw the very impressive Sepang race track. On turning right we stopped at a police station for more water.<\/p>\n

Now we were against the weather as a storm approached, we outran the worst of it and only got a little damp. We took a detour to check out a home stay and discovered a street market, where the very helpful staff fed us with donuts, banana fritters and a fruit while chatting about our trips. The rain was getting much heavier as we got to hit the home stay, but the family wanted 150 ringgit to move out and let us stay in their house, so we made our way to Banting.<\/p>\n

The first hotel\/hostel had no one on reception, so we went around the corner to Senses Budget, where we received a much warmer welcome, even though we were soaked! After a shower we found a Chinese restaurant for rice and spicy chicken for me and  tiger prawns and veg for Lucas. I had a tiger beer to keep him company!<\/p>\n

In bed by 11.30 after watching Malaysia v Vietnam Suzuki final.<\/p>\n
