Day 949                                            24th February 2019<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

39 miles ( Klang to Kuala Selangor) Average speed 11.7 mph Top speed 24 mph<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I got up at 9.30 for coffee and biscuits in the room, showered, packed and left at 11.45. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I easily found my way out of town, then took a wrong turn and had to backtrack, but not far before I found a shortcut to the 5. There was a road that ran parallel for quite a long way and I stopped at 99 shop for 100 plus and met the local nutter who insisted on talking to me but he was harmless if a little pissed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Next stop was next to a tyre shop for water and there were even more drunk Indians at 1pm on a Sunday. It was quite a poor area as was reflected by the housing but they were very pleasant and asked where I was from and waved me on my way. When I arrived at Kuala Selangor I decided to join the evening firefly expedition.
