I visited the Vinh Moc tunnels<\/p><\/div>\n

The tunnels housed a village on the border of North and South Vietnam during the Vietnam War. The villagers dug the maze of tunnels to protect them from the bombs and munitions dropped by the Americans, who thought the village was helping the North Vietnamese garrison.<\/p>\n
