32 miles (Ban keun to Hinheuptay ) Average speed 10.4 mph Top speed 32 mph<\/p>\n

A good day but a poorly one!<\/p>\n

I got up late and left at 12 after getting my drying back from the owner.<\/p>\n

Stupidity meant that I didn\u2019t stop for noodles at the restaurant I ate in the night before and I took to the road without coffee or food. This was ok at first, but I still didn\u2019t find anywhere to eat for the next five miles. Then when I stopped at a coffee shop and restaurant which had no coffee I took a wrong turn and had to backtrack when I hit an 8 mile sandy road.<\/p>\n

I really should obey my own golden rules. Eventually I got a large iced coffee and a bbq banana before finding a restaurant for omelette and rice. It was too little too late really though and I was feeling a bit leggy when I needed to stop to use a garage toilets rather abruptly.<\/p>\n

I got here at last<\/p>\n
