Day 123                                          19th November<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

No cycling but a great day off in Malaga. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I love Spain but sometimes you want to feel English for a while!<\/span><\/span> So I had an English breakfast of bacon and eggs and went to the beach for some R&R. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Had a back and neck massage from a Thai lady for \u20ac<\/span>10 and listened to an English radio channel with the new headphones I’d splashed out \u20ac<\/span>3 on in a Chinese shop. It was nice and relaxing on the beach and I went in for a dip but it was pretty chilly, so not for long. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

At Supersol I bought fresh chicken and a beer to take back to the beach.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Then back to the hostel to listen to Orient lose again before cooking dinner of pasta and spicy chicken. After dinner I went to the rooftop bar called Chinitos with great views of the cathedral.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

On to ZZ pub for a brilliant show by lito blues band<\/a> and didn’t get in until 4am.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
