A much better day with the wind behind me. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Up at 9 and had omelette with cheese for brekkie. I went to a supermarket to buy bread but they were closed on Sunday. Then I got  back to veloroute 17 and followed it through forests and along the river.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It was a good surface and it felt great to be back on cycle paths but I needed to buy food or I would have to eat out. So I joined the N7 for quite a few miles, flying along with a good tailwind, until eventually I came to a supermarket, but there was no direct road to it so I had to come back about a km, then, as I have suffered in the past, at 12 they had no bread because they are closing and take it all off the shelves. So I had to make do with plastic bread, but I did get pasta and cheese to cook later.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
