33 miles (Berlin to Zeestow) Average speed 9.1 mph Top speed 25 mph<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Awake at 7 as my Italian room mates left. Up at 8.30 for brekkie of coffee, cereals, toast and jam. I left at 11.15 and was intending to go to the station but was drawn by the Olympic Stadium and was impressed to think of the 1936 Olympics held there. <\/span><\/span>Very impressive just like tv pics but much bigger close up.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I then realised that the only reason for catching the train was that of time, so I decided to cycle back to Wittenberge and carry on my journey. I was about to stop at Spandau, but the campsite at the marina was only for motor homes. I carried on in the heat alongside the main road on cycle paths to Zeestow, where I found a campsite and had lunch before finding a bank and Aldi to buy dinner. Then back at campsite I had a beer in the bar with wifi for a euro before bed at 11.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
