Day 381                                                        4th August

Leipzig<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A day of waiting in the hostel for DHL to deliver my wheels but to no avail. It was a tough day for me as I really don’t like sitting still.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

They were due between 9.30 and 12.30 but still not here. I’ve stayed in all day: they mailed at 4 to say it would be here soon but now there are no bike shops open and half day on a Saturday so it looks like I’ll be here til Monday or Tuesday. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I’ve had a recommendation for a bike shop but it’s 3 miles away so I’ll have to carry everything over there, but I think I can do the work myself so hopefully that should be OK. I’m fine, just feel a bit tied down but I’m sure it will be ok by next week. It’s a good cheap hostel and there is plenty still to see here so I need to just perk up a bit and could do with a lift. It’s pretty hot here at 32 c which probably doesn’t help matters as it’s quite muggy. I’m sure it will be better tomorrow after a good nights sleep.
