Then I had a bit of a struggle to get there myself as I had to cross a motorway, negotiate a hard shoulder with the bike and a metal gate which I had to lift the bike over. We managed to get to our&nbsp; hotel and check in with the most miserable receptionist I&#8217;ve met so far. She really needs to go on a customer relations course of some kind.
