Day 470                                                   2nd November            <\/p>\n

Ben Mansour<\/p>\n

Another day off my bike.<\/p>\n

A day of relative rest and much Medusa.<\/p>\n

I got up at 8.30 and had tea in my room, followed by brekkie of olives harsha bread and oil.<\/p>\n

I helped Kamal fit a bathroom door and cover a cess pit with concrete by using a massive digger. <\/p>\n

All hands on deck<\/p><\/div>\n

Then I had the chance to sit in the driver’s seat.<\/p>\n

We opened the patisserie for a while and then had Medusa for lunch; which I ate too much of as it was delicious. Then I could hardly move, but went with Kamal to the souk to get a haircut and buy some paint. We looked at showers but they were 25\u20ac, then we had coffee with Aziz. We returned to the patisserie and I helped Kamal with cement and the shop before more of a bread based milk dish like the rice pudding but with bread, while playing with Zaleb.<\/p>\n

I went to bed with Ian Rush but not until he\u2019d played with my radio and headphones. He is working on the farm labouring and is thought to be a bit slow, but he is as strong as an ox. Especially when you think of Ian Rush’s build!<\/p>\n
