Day 498                                                 30th November<\/p>\n

28 miles (Lanzarote) Average speed 9.6 mph Top speed 23 mph<\/p>\n

I was awake early at six, but got up at 9 and had brekkie of bacon and eggs with coffee, as the tea is no good due warm water not boiling!<\/p>\n

I chilled out for a while then got the bike down to the first floor for a much easier descent down a ramp.<\/p>\n

I went sightseeing in Lanzarote today<\/p>\n

and then back on board to watch a glorious sunset<\/p>\n

and after dinner spend some time in the disco.<\/p>\n
