48 miles (Desa City Park to Tanjung Malim) Average speed 12.2.mph Top speed 40 mph<\/p>\n

Up at 7 with Leo and Simon. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Quite a good day’s cycling until I lost my chain somewhere<\/p>\n

Thankfully a friendly chap with a pick up truck was on hand to deliver me and my broken bike to Decathlon\u2019s chief bike techie who replaced it and only charged me for the chain. Top service all round. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A big thanks to Lucas Bravi too for helping out by taking photos and laughing a lot and then giving me a tow off the expressway!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
