Day 904                                                 10th January 2019<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span>34 miles (Rantau Panjang to Kota Bharu) Average speed 10.7 mph Top speed 82mph???<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Another great day which saw me clock up 19000 miles.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


\nI got up at 9 and walked to find roti without luck, so I went to get the bike and cycled into town for egg roti and coffee, before getting an iced tea kossong for only 50 sen and going back to pack. There was no water in the hotel so I had to make do with brushing my teeth with a water bottle and could not flush the toilet??  Poor cleaner!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I left at 11 and once again the rain came so I hid in the shelter of a mosque for 5 mins before taking the d180 which proved to be a great road, lined with many big houses and rice paddies and the occasional monkey.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Time to celebrate 19000 miles with a rare beer in Kota Bharu, my hostel is MSD(minimum staggering distance) from the Golden City pub! Get in!!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
