Day 920                                                 26th January 2019<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span>110 miles (Kuantan to Tanjun Gemok) Average speed 14.7 mph Top speed 31 mph<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What an amazing day, my biggest mileage in one day.
\nAwake at 6.30 and had brekkie of toast and jam with coffee followed by a shower and left at 7.45.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

So last night I was in an alcohol free hostel but a very generous human being had left a bottle of Bombay sapphire behind, so I had no choice but to help get the alcohol out of there ASAP. Today I found the best way to recover from a gin hangover is to get up at 7 and cycle 110 miles, gate crashing a wedding for lunch and tea on the way!!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
