13 miles (Kratie ) Average speed 7.1 mph<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A good day.<\/p>\n

I was up at 9 and visited a lovely place by a  lake for breakfast<\/p>\n

A beautiful morning<\/p><\/div>\n

and then after a rest I went to the island of Ko Tao where I cycled the 9 km track and felt a bit sorry for the inhabitants as they obviously get lots of tourists staring at them!<\/p>\n

Game of volleyball<\/p><\/div>\n

I did get to see them relaxing and enjoying a game or two of volleyball and saw a fantastic resort with pool which seemed so out of place amongst the locals.<\/p>\n

Luxury pool<\/p><\/div>\n

I watched the sunset before a couple of beers in the hostel during happy hour and then ate dinner of fish and chicken and rice in my room.<\/p>\n
