Day off. The bike stayed in reception all day! Awake at 6 am (bloody aircon). Sent out a couple of warmshowers requests at 6am. They must think I’m crazy. Got up at 8, went for coffee and then to find the physio I spotted last night, I would love a massage. But Laura was fully booked; I gave her my number in case of cancellations and maybe she’ll call later as she is beautiful. Had coffee and toast with pate in the aptly named Bar Bicicleta. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Tried to find a swimming pool but all are closed in September. Did find footy ground though, took a few pics and went in search of restaurant for lunch but it was closed too. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

So had a few beers in town and had a couple on my balcony before a siesta (my first). Heaven! <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I fixed inner tube puncture and showered. Got money from bank and the only other Physio in town was open. The lovely lady stayed open late for me. Then pummelled me into submission. It was fantastic. She only charged me thirty euros and to be honest I think she enjoyed it as much as I did! I would have paid double or even triple that for the relief it brought me. Even the woman in waiting room was laughing at my screams! She was even taking notes on a dictaphone about the state of my legs so I hope she learnt something from the experience even if it was don’t cycle around for 65 days!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I had dinner and hit the Ecu bar(best of nightlife here) Only time will tell.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
