A lovely ride along the coast to La Cala de Moral. Then climbed up MA3202 which after a couple of km became a freshly tarmacked road. It was good to be back on the bike and great to climb again.A beautiful road with autumn colours and plenty of wildlife.

Totalan
I got to Totalan and found a shop for an ice pop and Fanta limon. A dog chased me down the main road while its owner called it to stop but it paid no attention and I had to pedal fast to get away.
Then I found a hilltop to have my packed lunch. I saw lots of colourful birds that I didn’t recognise.

Ermita Nuestra Senora del Carmen Olias
Not one car passed me until I was video-ing the road down and realised a coach was right behind me. The driver didn’t look impressed but I was having a great time.
Into Malaga where I found a lovely beach and had a beer watching the waves and a very strange naked man!

Malaga Beach
Back to the hostel where I cooked pasta and finished off my beer. Well, actually, a Spanish guy with a Finnish lady helped himself after I’d given him a glass earlier. I went out to buy more beer and noticed Spain were playing at Wembley so went to Morriseys Irish bar and met Neil from Birmingham. We had a good night and I didn’t get to bed until 2am
