Day 1075 30th June 2019 20 miles (Phong nha ) Average speed 8.8 mph Bóng Lai Valley ride. Today I rode the Bóng Lai Valley tourist trail, with lots of small farms and local colour. This is a recommended cycle trail which takes about half a day to ride. Phong nha Tarzan homestay. 30000
