Day 150 16th December
A day off my bike but I went spinning with Mandy in the morning after some tea and Special K.
Brian at spin class Arena Fitness Sotogrande – they were so impressed they added this picture to their Facebook page!!
Then I drove Mandy to the Captain’s Xmas lunch and returned home to pack as I think I’ll be off to Marbella tomorrow.
