Day off the bike.
I got up at 8 for brekkie of bread cheese and ham with coffee and OJ. I dried my washing and cleaned the bike before walking 4 miles to find two bike shops but no tyres my size. The back one is nearly bald ,so I will need to find one soon.

I listened to the O’s lose at Hartlepool and then went for dinner of burger and chips and another early night.
