I got up at 9.30 and had coffee and biscuits while cleaning my bike and listening to music. Michael arrived at 12 to take me to the bike sho, but they didn’t have a replacement screw, so we had chicken and rice before Michael went to JB and I went for a ride along the beach front and to a mall to cool down.
