Day 22 – Lorient, Larmour Plage

Larmor Plage staying another day

Due to my stupidity, I left my phone in shower block on charge and when I returned there was only the mains adaptor left. Somebody is walking around with my phone locked and in airplane mode. Well I hope they are as I have tried the “find my iPhone ” app and it is not trackable when in this mode. Maybe they will find a way of turning it on today in which case I may get lucky if I can be on wifi this evening. I really hope so as it is the only record of my last twenty days apart from my faltering memory! All those pics too.

(Ermintrude ; this blog is, of course, Scotch mist! although I expect there are some you haven’t sent me.)

So I showered and had brekkie and went into town in search of wifi. I found another betting shop bar and had a couple of cafe au laits. Took a couple of hours updating my emails and catching up with the world. Spent mainly in this bar sorting out phone!

 

But I did get an hour on the beach!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I’m obviously not missing too much down the O’s, perhaps they should use these in defence? 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now I’m having a pizza and une bouteille de rosé,(note the French accent) whilst taking in the campsite’s entertainment.

 

I’ve almost forgotten I had a phone! But the iPad is a bit obtrusive when taking photos.
