A good day off the bike as it was getting some tlc.
I got up at 9.30 for brekkie of toast and coffee. I took my time and went to Cyclon bike shop where tube mechanic was very helpful and we agreed that I needed a new front chain ring, cassette and chain. He gave me a price of 280 with Shimano parts and he started working before I had even left the shop.
New parts
I did some washing and chilled, went to the bank and had chicken and chapati for lunch. I returned at 5.30 and although it wasn’t ready, he said it would be by 6.30, so I went to the shopping mall and bought new nail clippers as I left mine in Pontian. I returned and chatted to a guy from Newcastle and his two sons about bikes and to Gary the owner who remembered me.
Back at the hostel I showered and had dinner at Kapitan of beef biriany and went to meet Chloe from the hostel.
